I was pretty impressed with last Thursday's Mock Council meeting. Everyone was put on the spot, and absolutely everyone rose to the challenge. Again, VERY Impressive!
This week we have a guest speaker coming to the October 8th class: Louise Atkins is the Director of Innovation and Parnerships for INAC (Indian and Northern Affairs Canada). She will be talking about First Nations communities in the north and about addressing infrastructure challenges. Louise is an expert, and a truly engaging speaker.
